Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Pet Baskets is not responsible for these charges.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
